1. Operator, reach and acceptance
This website is operated by Sayaji Kakade using the name Sayaji Kakade Organisation and is intended for an international audience. By using it, you accept these terms. The current organisational identity is explained on the Legal & Trading Status page.
2. Information—not an offer
The website presents a founder portfolio, academic work, project concepts and possible areas for international collaboration. Content is general information, not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or certified engineering advice. References to investing describe possible use of Sayaji Kakade’s personal capital or capital legally owned by an SKO company. Nothing published here is a prospectus, securities offer, public investment solicitation, guarantee of returns or commitment to fund or accept a project.
3. Enquiries and specific agreements
Submitting a form starts a preliminary discussion only. It does not create a contract, partnership, agency, fiduciary duty, investment relationship or payment obligation. Any transaction must identify the actual parties, country, currency, scope, risk allocation, governing law and dispute forum in a separate written agreement.
4. Academic and safety material
Case studies remain in their original academic context. The Rollover Kill Switch is an academic prototype—not a certified commercial safety product—and is not installation guidance or a substitute for professional validation and local regulatory approval.
5. Acceptable use and international compliance
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious or unlawful material, scrape personal information, misrepresent project work, evade sanctions or export controls, or use the forms for spam. Access or a transaction may be refused where a country, person, source of funds or proposed activity creates legal, regulatory, sanctions, safety or reputational risk.
6. Intellectual property and credits
Website material remains protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Group work remains credited to the named team members and institutions. Nothing transfers patent, copyright, design, trade-mark or other rights. A future project must agree ownership and licences in writing.
7. Accuracy, availability and liability
Reasonable care is taken, but historical reports and early project concepts may contain period-specific information or errors. Content may be updated or withdrawn and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by the law that applies; rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Governing law and local rights
For website-only matters with no separate written agreement, the default governing law is England and Wales because that is the operator’s current base. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other protections that apply where you live. Every cross-border project, funding or investment agreement may select a different appropriate law, venue or dispute process.
