1. Scope and responsible operator
This policy applies to visitors and enquiry contacts worldwide. The website operator and person currently responsible for the information is Sayaji Kakade, using the name Sayaji Kakade Organisation for this founder-led portfolio and project activity. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to net.info@sayajikakade.com.
This is a global baseline. If the law where you live gives you additional mandatory rights, those rights are not reduced by this policy.
2. Information collected
We collect only the information reasonably needed for the service you choose:
- your name, email address, organisation, country or territory and selected department;
- project, collaboration or funding information, including the proposed route, indicative value, currency, timeframe, recognition preference and message;
- submission records, including a reference number, submission time, category and review status;
- short-lived anti-abuse information, including a one-way hashed network identifier and limited technical request data; and
- website usage and interaction information through PostHog only after you allow optional analytics.
Do not submit passwords, card or bank information, identity documents, health information, immigration records or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public forms.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Enquiries and proposals: to assess and respond to your request, take steps before a possible agreement and manage genuine business communications.
- Project support and proprietary investment requests: to understand the proposed country, route, project and value before deciding whether further diligence is appropriate.
- Security and records: to prevent abuse, protect the website, maintain an audit trail and handle disputes.
- Analytics: only after your affirmative choice, which can be changed through “Analytics choices”.
- Compliance: to meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, sanctions or lawful-authority requirements that apply to a proposed activity.
Depending on the country and context, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate or reasonable business interests, and legal obligations. Form information is not used for unrelated marketing, sold as personal data, or used for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Information may be processed by providers that host, secure and operate the website and database. PostHog processes consented analytics. Information may also be shared with professional advisers, due-diligence providers, a payment provider selected for a confirmed transaction, project counterparties where necessary and disclosed, or public authorities where lawful.
Because enquiries may be international, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, recognised transfer mechanisms, contractual safeguards, adequacy arrangements or another lawful local route will be used. A proposed project may require a separate privacy notice naming the entities and countries involved before information is shared.
5. Retention and security
General enquiries and unsuccessful funding-interest records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Anti-spam rate-limit records are removed after approximately 48 hours. Records connected to a payment, investment, contract, dispute or legal duty may be kept for the period required by the applicable country and transaction.
Controls include server-side validation, rate limiting, access-controlled records and data minimisation. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your privacy rights
Subject to the law that applies, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about processing; object to certain uses; withdraw consent; or complain to the competent privacy authority where you live. We aim to honour reasonable privacy requests consistently even where local law uses different terminology.
Send your request and country of residence to net.info@sayajikakade.com. Identity may be verified proportionately before a request is completed. If a request is refused or limited, the reason and any available review route will be explained where required.
7. Children, changes and regional notices
The website is not directed at children and knowingly collecting children’s personal information is not intended. A regional or project-specific notice may supplement this policy where a country requires different information. Material changes will be dated and published here before they govern new submissions.
