1. What this policy covers
This policy covers voluntary project contributions only. It does not govern equity, loans, profit-sharing investments, grants or sponsorship deliverables, which require their own written terms.
2. Before payment
You may withdraw an expression of interest at any time before payment. The website form creates no payment commitment. Before accepting funds, the receiving party, project, amount, currency, intended use and any target or deadline must be confirmed in writing.
3. Change-of-mind requests
Unless project-specific terms provide more, a written refund request made within 14 calendar days after payment will ordinarily be accepted where funds have not been committed or used. This voluntary baseline does not claim that every contribution has a statutory cooling-off right; stronger mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
4. Cancellation, material change and surplus
If a project is cancelled before material spending, the contributor will normally be offered a refund or an expressly agreed transfer. For a material change after spending, the receiving party will explain the position and consider a fair refund of identifiable uncommitted funds. Targets and surplus use must be stated in the project confirmation.
5. Currency and international charges
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment route and in the original transaction currency. Exchange-rate movements, intermediary-bank charges and payment-provider fees may affect the amount received only where disclosed and lawful. No refund will knowingly be routed to an unrelated person or prohibited destination.
6. Mistakes and unauthorised payments
Report duplicate, incorrect or suspected unauthorised payments promptly to net.info@sayajikakade.com. Proportionate verification may be required. Never send full card, online-banking, password or identity-document information through the public form.
7. Timing and mandatory rights
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 10 business days after approval, although banks and payment providers may take longer. Sanctions, fraud or compliance checks may lawfully delay processing. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights available in the contributor’s country.
